Carpet tiles are the perfect floor for offices and high foot traffic areas of commercial properties. Extremely hard wearing & very easy to clean, they are ideal to maintain across a large area. They are also relatively cheap to install and easy to remove at the end of tenancies.Â

Luxury vinyl tiles such as Karndean, Amtico, Forbo & Polyflor are all very hard wearing tiles that allow a much more stylish floor for an entrance hall or walkway through offices.Â
They are also water resistant and easy to clean, making them an ideal flooring solution for kitchen areas. Available in both glue down and loose lay, they can be laid over timber or raised access floors without issue.Â

Bespoke designs

An example of a bespoke project was an indoor football pitch flooring laid in an office in London.Â
The pitch lines were made out of fabricated metal bars and the grass was astroturf. Everything was adhered to the floor to create a safe entrance, creating a unique statement to clients walking through the door.Â
The company, who deals with premier league footage & analysis, were over the moon with the finished product, & loved the personal feel it gave their office.
